At GBTrading, we do not operate big retail outlet. Major home appliances are delivered from warehouse directly. Small appliances are picked up from our store. Our cost savings means we can sell at competitive low prices.
- General Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Our Delivery Service does not cover certain restricted area, nor outlaying islands.
- If your premise is accessible by stairs, or needs to go through the balcony on arrival, or building without elevators/lifts, you may require to pay extra delivery cost. Please contact us about the extra delivery cost before making your order.
- Delivery time is scheduled by the relevant logistic company and you will be notified by phone in advance before the delivery date.
- Deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, or when typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged according to weather conditions.
- Return & Refund
All products we sold are brand new. Products have warranty from Hong Kong's official distributors, except for those marked "No warranty" on the invoice. We do not accept refund once sold. If the product was damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact the service hotline on the warranty card to arrange for repair or replacement, except for those marked "No warranty" on the invoice.
In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
